• This update form is for all RETURNING students. Every student is required to have a New Student Registration the first year. Each subsequent year that child will need an UPDATE form completed to participate in lessons for the new calendar year.

• If you have a sibling that will be NEW to the program this year, please complete a New Student Registration Form.
